Coverage of products purchased on QoQa up to the cost of repair or replacement of the products.
Loss or theft: the neon Q extended warranty does not cover the loss or theft of your device.
Accidental, intentional or malicious damage
The contents of the device: e.g. data, photos, software, frozen food.
Commercial or professional use: the neon Q extended warranty does not apply to products purchased for commercial or professional use.
Consumables: the neon Q extended warranty does not cover breakdowns that you can solve yourself by replacing consumables such as fuses, bulbs, filters or batteries.
Software: Failures caused by malicious software are excluded from coverage. Coverage does not apply if your device stops working due to defects or software updates.
The neon Q extended warranty only covers products purchased on QoQa from 14.12.2020 to 31.12.2025.
Our coverage does not apply if your product has been modified or repaired by a third party other than the manufacturer, a manufacturer-approved repairer or a repairer we have appointed for this purpose, unless QoQa has given its prior approval.
