Check that you have purchased the item with your QoQa account benefiting from the extended warranty. The QoQa account benefiting from the extension is:
If you took the offer of 14.12.20: the account in which you inserted the voucher of CHF 30 that was sent to you by neon
If you took the offer of 14.12.21: the account with which you bought the offer
Get your proof of payment with your neon Q card directly in the app neon under "Your Qockpit" (a screenshot is enough)
Take a photo/video that illustrates your problem with the article.
Send us a message explaining the problem, preferably with photos and/or videos. Please attach also the proof of payment.
If you have taken the offer from 14.12.20: To activate the warranty extension on your QoQa account, you have to insert the QoQa voucher of CHF 30 that you received from neon when you opened your neon Q account! You can insert the QoQa coupon into your QoQa account under my payment methods.
f you have taken the offer of 14.12.21: The warranty extension will be activated on the account that bought the offer of 14.12.21.
Once the warranty extension has been activated, simply pay for your items on QoQa with your neon Q Mastercard to benefit from the warranty extension.
It will take around 10 days from the moment you returned your item until you receive the next one (exchange, repair or refund).
